Meet the Team
Sally - Our friendly and helpful receptionist who has been with us for 1 year. Sally is happy to help customers with any enquiries, take bookings and answering calls. Dave - Our fantastic carpenter who has been with us for 12 years. He is a brilliant woodworker who is able to put his name to many of the works carried out on customers boats, both at Mercia Marina and at our site in Lichfield. Genadi - Has been with us for over 1 year. Having worked abroad as a marine engineer for many years prior to joining us, Genadi brings a great amount of knowledge and expertise in all things engineering.
Chris - Our new engineer who has lived and worked on canal boats for many years. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. Chris is also our registered BSS examiner. Jamie - Recently joined our team as an engineer with over 30 years of experience having previously worked for Rolls Royce. Andy - Recently joined the team here at Mercia as one of our talented carpenters. He brings a vast amount of knowledge and 30 years experience in the trade. James - Is our trainee engineer who has been with us since summer 2020. James is a keen boater and lives on his own narrow boat.
